TIME OFF

This weekend we decided to get away from work and be one with nature. Sometimes we all need to get away from city life and just go explore nature. We decided to hit the mountains, it was a great ride over all with really nice views enjoy!

Samurai T-Shirt aka “Sammy”

Here is the release of our Creative Ground Samurai T-Shirt aka “Sammy”. The shirt basically tells the story about a mighty Samurai that gets hunted down and killed by a cowardly rival ninja as he is preparing for battle near a sacred cherry blossom tree. It’s illustrated in a comic format and as you look at the sections you can make out what is happening.

The whole Japanese theme for this shirt was making us crave “sushi” so we headed to one of our favorite Japanese restaurants Zono sushi in Glendale. It was deeelishussss!

Have you seen us in San Francisco?

Well now you have. Last weekend we received an email with pictures from our fans in SF. These lady’s are our biggest fans from what we were told .

We here at Creative Ground appreciate how our fans are helping us spreading the love as long as you guys aren’t breaking the law, we wouldn’t want to see any of you guys behind bars. Nice rack by the way.

Whats Next?

Whats up Yall? As for us we are working hard in order to bring you some new stuff. Here is a peek into our next T. Check us out later this week when we put this shirt out for sale! Also our R&D department is gathering fabric, cutting, and sewing away on some new threads we know your all gonna dig. More information will be out on that soon but for now enjoy these bits and pieces.

Vegas Here We Come

Made a trip to Vegas just for the weekend. The strip wasn’t as packed as I thought it would be and since Chinese New Yr is coming up Bellagio has a Chinese theme which i thought was pretty cool. Here are some images enjoy.

CREATIVE GROUND ASCII T’S

We have released our second shirt from our first season line. This is our name using ASCII characters to make out our letters. ASCII is a character-encoding scheme used for representing text in computers. We all use it everyday. The reason we chose this design is that my buddy and I both have electronic backgrounds so we decide to incorporate our background knowledge into this shirt. First 2009 print out – Holy Skull

Finally with months of preparation our first series for 2009 is coming along as planned. The first shirt “Holy Skull” is out and available now in limited quantities. The image is printed on American Apparel t’s – the Good Stuff.  MSRP is $30 but we are going to let this one go for $25 for the holiday season, Ho Ho Ho! Please let us know what you think about the image. The black ink is water based which gives the shirt a soft feel, the yellow is plastisol ink which makes those parts of the image pop more.
